Information Collection and Use
The following outlines how Crit Crew collects information on different platforms. Crit Crew’s main objectives of collecting and using information is to provide Services to you, create your account, contact you, improve the Service, conduct research and create reports for internal use. We may store this information on our servers or servers of our affiliates.
Crit Crew’s Sites
When browsing Crit Crew’s Sites, your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, access times, browser type and language and referring Web site addresses may be logged automatically. This information may be used to analyze use of the service on a collective basis. We may ask you for personal data, including but not limited to your name, origin, gender, age or e-mail address to conduct research, target ads and create reports for internal, e.g. to analyze user trends. We may use your email address to ask you for feedback on our Services or to inform you about updates and upcoming promotions. Social Media
Our Service may use Social Media Features including but not limited to the Facebook Like button and Twitter Follow button as well as related Widgets. These Features and Widgets are either hosted directly in our Service or by a third party. They may collect your IP address, which Service you are currently using, and set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. They are governed by the privacy policy of the corresponding company that provides it.
Customer Service
When you contact our customer support we collect your email address in order to communicate with you. We may also use your email address to ask you for feedback on our Services or to inform you about updates and upcoming promotions. Mobile Platforms
Using our games on a mobile platform including but not limited to iOS and Android, we may collect, record and store information such as your unique device ID, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), media access control (“MAC”) address, hardware type, your device name, the version of your operating system (“OS”), your email address (if you used Facebook or Google as a login), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). We use this information to analyze user trends and for troubleshooting. Your IP-based location (Country specific) is used to provide you with the correct service and enable you to interact with other players from your area. We do not give this information to other parties without your permission. We also create a unique user ID that is stored and connected with your information to track your usage of our games.
Game Data Collection
Crit Crew collects data about your interactions with our game and other players. This information is collected and linked to your player ID, IP address or device ID for the purpose of improving our Service.
Sign-in services
You can log into our Service using sign-in services (“SN Service”) such as Game Center, Facebook Login and Google Sign-In which verify your identity and may provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name or email address. Facebook Sign-In, for example, enables you to publish your recent activities in our Services on your social network. Crit Crew may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of the corresponding SN Service. This may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers of your friends that are also connected to Crit Crew’s game(s). Please contact legal@critcrew.com, if you want us to delete your data that we received from SN Services. Crit Crew may also offer you to invite your contacts from a SN Service. This way your contacts can be located in Crit Crew games making it possible for you to invite them to Crit Crew games. We may use this information to send invitations to these contacts. Contact legal@critcrew.com, if you want us to remove related information from our database.
Push Notifications
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications providing you with game updates, customer feedback messages and other service related notifications. You can opt-out anytime from this service by disabling push notifications in your device settings.
Other Collection
We may also acquire information from your participation in (1) surveys, (2) sweepstakes or (3) contests through the Service. If you decide to voluntarily participate and therefore dislose information in surveys, sweepstakes or contests we may request certain personal information from you, which may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code). This information may be used to improve our games or contact sweepstake winners.
Tracking Technologies and Third Party Services
We, our partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use technologies such as cookies, scripts, beacons, and tags to identify a user’s computer or device as well as to track and store data about his visit like his preferences or a user name and password. This information may be linked to your personal information, such as your user ID. This is done to improve the quality of our Services, tailor recommendations to your interests and making the Service easier to use. Cookies can be disabled at any time, but you may lose access to certain features of the Service.
Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Game Analytics or PlayFab. Such third parties may use cookies, SDKs, and APIs in our services to collect and analyze user information, including information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information (country specific), and IP address to provide their services under their respective privacy policies. We use mobile analytics software in order to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, performance data, aggregated usage, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.
All third party services have access to individual data only insofar as it is necessary for them to fulfill their duties and as it is necessary for the Crit Crew to provide its Service. All providers have been informed about this privacy policy and act according to strict guidelines of their own privacy policy and the legal framework. Crit Crew uses services of providers, which have their seat in Germany, Denmark, USA and in Israel. Details and information on individually transmitted data may be requested at any time as long as the information is owed under German data protection law and the disclosure would not violate the privacy of third parties or legitimate corporate interests. Since we do not have access or control over third parties, our privacy policy does not cover the use of tools from third parties. We are not responsible for the data collection practices of third parties and we encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their use of cookies and other technologies. The data collection and storage is solely for the reason of the smooth and error-free offering of the Service. Numerous processes of data storage and data collection are technically absolutely necessary. In the case of the rights request for the mobile applications, only those rights are required that are mandatory for the use of the Service.

However, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted or stored information.
